Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were voted the 'perfect couple' Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s relationship is the kind most UK women want, according to a Valentine’s love poll. Despite the furor, the Hollywood couple’s union caused when Brad left wife Jennifer Aniston and promptly hooked up with his Mr & Mrs Smith co-star, 46 per cent of female shoppers thought they had the ideal relationship. Surprisingly Peter Andre and Jordan – who recently denied their marriage was in trouble – came second with 30 per cent of women saying they would base their romance on the perm-tanned pair. In third place was husband and wife chat show hosts Richard Madeley and Judy Finnegan with 20 per cent of the vote. And it seems food may be the way to a woman’s heart these days. One in eight revealed they would prefer hotty in the kitchen as opposed to the bedroom, which could be down to the popularity of TV chef Jamie Oliver. He gave heartthrobs George Clooney, Brad and Johnny Depp a run for their money in the perfect celebrity date category. Publication date: 08 February 2006 Source: Archive
