One of FBI's most wanted may be in Europe
FBI agents were in London Wednesday speaking with Scotland Yard and European police about a possible sighting of one of their 10 most wanted fugitives.
The agency posted Internet clips of a video taken in Taormina, Sicily, on April 10 showing a man they suspect is James Bulger and female companion Catherine Greig, The Times of London reported. Bulger, 78, is ranked just after Osama bin Laden by the FBI, which also has a $1 million reward posted for his capture. The FBI alleges Bulger was involved in 18 killings between the early 1970s and the mid 1980s as leader of an organized crime group that controlled extortion and drug trafficking in and around Boston. The agency's Web site said the Irish-American also known as "Whitey" has a violent temper, is known to carry a knife at all times and is considered "extremely dangerous." // Copyright 2007 by United Press International Publication date: 24 October 2007 Source: Archive
