Brother stabs brother to shut him upA man in Cocoa, Fla., told police the only way to get his brother to stop talking was to stab him. Bobby Brackett, 56, was charged with aggravated battery and domestic violence and his allegedly mouthy brother, Clinton Brackett, 52, faces a charge of simple battery, police told Florida Today. When police arrived at the siblings' home Monday night, Bobby Brackett told police he attacked his brother with a knife because he would not stop Clinton Brackett refused medical treatment for minor cuts. Bobby Brackett was jailed under $100,000 bond, while Clinton Brackett was ticketed on the lesser charge but not arrested. The state attorney's office hadn't decided on whether to prosecute, Florida Today reported.
