Moldovan Interior officers have detained Ninelle Babcinschi, a lawyer from Balti city, on charges of preparing a hired murder of a local business lady.

With an account of the unprecedented character of the operation, the officers worked out a detailed plan of it to prevent such murder.

The killer's role was played by an experienced Interior agent, who received US$1,000 from Babcinschi already at their first confidential meeting. The sides agreed upon all the enterprise details. Their second meeting took place on March 31, when the woman was shown photographs of her 'murdered' enemy with a bullet wound in the forehead. Contented, Babcinschi passed the rest of the royalty to the 'killer' - US$4,000, and was arrested at that very moment.

If her guilt is proved, the woman may spend next 20-25 years in jail, or may receive a life sentence. // Infotag
