The Embassy of Latvia to be opened in the Republic of Moldova
Moldova.ORG -- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Latvia plans to open its embassy in Moldova in the coming years. The press service and PR department of the Latvian MFA made announcements regarding this subject, Latvian mass-media informs.
The opening of a centre to fill the applications for visas is being planned now. The centre will be settled in the headquarters of the Embassy of Hungary in Chisinau. A contributor of the consular service, who works for the Latvia Embassy in Kiev now, will work at the centre. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova emphasized recently the difficulties the Moldovan citizens have to face in order to obtain the visa for Latvia.
