First Emergency Medicine Congress to be held in Chisinau
The first Emergency Medicine Congress in Moldova themed “Contemporary Approach to Medico-Surgical Emergencies” will be held in Chisinau as part of the thirties week of the Balkan Medical Union.
The congress will last from 16 to 18 September, organized by the Moldova branch of the Balkan Medical Union and the National Scientific Practical Center of Preventive Medicine. According to the Ministry of Health, scientists and diplomats from France, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Greece, Cyprus, Serbia, the United States, Belgium and other countries will take part in the congress. The program of the congress includes conferences with the participation of scientists from abroad, symposiums, workshops on the diagnosis and treatment of different illnesses. The scientific results of the congress will be published in a separate volume of the journal “Archives of the Balkan Medical Union”. The Balkan Medical Union is a nongovernmental organization that studies pathologies typical of the Balkan region, conducts scientific researches, cooperates and exchanges experience in the field of medicine.
