In Chisinau a non-governmental organization „ Russia’s friends” was created, DECA-press Agency informs.

According to the Russian site „ava.md” the Association „ Russia’s friends” will activate on the whole territory of the country. The organization will collaborate both with the organs of power and with the community organizations which will share its visions, the cited source notes.

The Association „ Russia’s friends” proposes itself to „ consolidate and to develop the secular Moldo-Russian relationships.” Among the priorities of the organization there are the reciprocal development of the economical, humanitarian and political relationships between the both states in order to develop a responsibility for „ a common future for Moldova and Russia”.

„We intend to contribute to the creation of a positive image of Russia and of the great Russian Culture in the Republic of Moldova as well as the creation of a positive image of Moldova and of the secular Moldovan culture in the Russian Federation” declare the Founders of the Association who are against „ hatred between nations and xenophobia in any of its forms”.

Among the founders which signed the manifest of the Association „ Russia’s friends” published on 2 ava.md” there are the ex-prime minister Vasile Tarlev, the leader of Gagauzia Mihail Formuzal, the well known promoter of the theory of “ Moldovenism”, the president of the movement „ Moldova’s Patriots” Vasile Stati, the Archbishop of Balti and Faleshti Marchel, the director of the Centre for Strategic Analyses and Prognosis Serghei Nazaria, the deputee of the municipal Council of Balti Serghei Banari and others.// DECA-Press
