Be a little more careful than usual at work or in social situations -- people are much more attuned to tiny infractions of social rules. You can get away with a little, but don't try to push it!

Children’s hospital “Emilian Cotaga” equipped with new oxygen supply system

The reanimation and intensive therapy section as well as the surgery, dressing and treatment wards of the National Clinical Hospital for Children “Emilian Cotaga” were outfitted with a new system for supplying oxygen and compressed air.

The equipment was donated as part of a project supported by Dutch foundation Stichting Werkgroep Urgenta that was launched in 2006.

All the 14 wards of the hospital were outfitted with oxygen dosing and humidification equipment and equipment for sucking out biological liquids.

The equipment was installed by a team of technicians from the Netherlands. The equipment and the installation cost over 87,000 euros.

The administration of the hospital repaired the rooms and provided conditions for installing the equipment.

Currently, the Dutch foundation is working on a similar project that will be implemented at the Municipal Clinical Hospital “Saint Trinity” in 2009.

Earlier, the foundation donated 800 functional beds and medical equipment to the national and municipal hospitals // Reporter.MD
