Clive Owen is quitting acting because he's so exhausted
He says he needs a few months off to rest, and to spend time with his daughters, Hannah, nine, and six-year-old Eve. The 'Inside Man' star told Britain's Reveal magazine: "I've made several films back to back, and have told my agent that after I finish the last one, I will be absolutely unavailable for a long time - five months minimum. "I need to take this time off." Meanwhile, Owen has claimed playing James Bond would be like a prison sentence. The heartthrob star was in the running to play the dashing spy after Pierce Brosnan was axed from the part, but says he would have hated being the next 007. He said: "Playing James Bond would have been like entering a golden prison, and I doubt that would have suited me.
