Speedo-wearing beach bum sues copsA Florida man said he is filing suit against the Lee County sheriff's department after an officer ticketed him for sporting a Speedo on the beach. Bob Hezzelwood, 61, said in all his years of spending time at Bonita Beach in Bonita Springs, Fla., he has never been confronted about wearing a Speedo bathing suit, WKMG-TV, Orlando, Fla., reported Monday. Hezzelwood said he is suing the sheriff's department because he believes an officer went against his civil rights by unjustly issuing him a trespassing citation and asking him not to come back to the beach, WKMG said. The citation, which Hezzelwood received more than a year after being warned about not wearing his Speedo on the beech, said he was in trouble for Even though the trespass warning was thrown out by a judge about a year ago, Hazzelwood said he still wants to sue because the officer exaggerated his claims.
