Teen wipes snot on Tory leader

HASTINGS, England, April 16 (UPI) -- A teenager who sneezed on his hand and wiped the residue on the back of British Conservative Party leader David Cameron said he received a warning from police.

The 15-year-old said he was approached by a police community support officer after he wiped the snot on Cameron's back while the politician was engaged in a TV interview outside a shopping center in Hastings, England, The Daily Mail reported Wednesday.

He said the officer issued him a warning for anti-social behavior and told him to apologize to the Conservative leader.

I don't care if he's the Tory leader or what. This is an anti-social behavior intervention form for anti-social behavior towards David Cameron, namely sneezing in your hand and wiping it down his jacket, the officer reportedly told the teen.

However, the boy said he was not forced to apologize in person after speaking with one of Cameron's aides.

The teenager, who described himself as Green Party through and through, said his actions did not constitute a political statement.

It's not really that funny. I know it's not big. I just did it for a laugh. I sneezed and my hand just went down his jacket, he said.

Police: Cross-dresser rams lingerie store

DETROIT, April 16 (UPI) -- A Detroit-area cross-dresser was arrested for allegedly driving his car into a lingerie store because they did not give him a job, police said.

Jeremy Paul McIntosh, 27, faces charges of commission of a felony with a motor vehicle, malicious destruction of property over $1,000 and reckless driving after being arrested Saturday in Commerce Township, the Detroit Free Press reported Tuesday.

McIntosh, who was arrested while wearing blue women's pants, red sandals, a flower-print top and matching bra, could be put behind bars if convicted. McIntosh reportedly told police he wanted to be in prison because he wouldn't have to live in his car anymore.

McIntosh is accused of driving his Geo Tracker into the wall of Intimate Ideas lingerie store seven times after telling a 20-year-old female employee he was upset he didn't get a job there. No injuries were reported.

Man dons fake beard to accept lotto check

NEW YORK, April 16 (UPI) -- A New York lottery winner said he disguised himself with a marker-drawn beard when he accepted his prize to protect his new fortune from thieves.

Michael Perez, 51, said he used a marker to draw a goatee on his face and further disguised himself with a hat and sunglasses so thieves would not recognize him while he accepted the $14 million ceremonial check from the New York Lottery, the New York Post reported Wednesday.

I've got to look out for my family, Perez said of his disguise.

Perez, a former warehouse worker who recently became unemployed, said he used a portion of his income-tax refund to buy a lottery ticket with six randomly chosen numbers: 1, 8, 10, 31, 52 and 57.

The choice paid off for Perez in the state's April 1 drawing.

The first thing I want to do is take care of all my debts, he said. But before I do anything serious, I've got to go to Disney World.

Gator found in suspect's car

BRAZORIA, Texas, April 16 (UPI) -- A Texas state trooper said he discovered a six-foot alligator in the back of a car driven by a burglary suspect in the town of Brazoria.

Trooper Steve Stanfield said the suspect, William Johnson, allegedly put the gator into her car after he came across it on a road near Angleton, Texas, and then drove with the animal to Brazoria, where he allegedly broke into a house, KTRK-TV, Houston, reported Monday.

From my understanding, he tried to get a big screen TV out of the house, Stanfield said. He couldn't get it in the car by himself, so he recruited a neighbor, who, when he saw the alligator, dropped the TV and said, 'Alright, I ain't got nothing to do with it.'

Stanfield said Johnson was arrested and the alligator was turned over to a game warden.
