Police revealed activity of group of people organizing Moldovans’ illegal migration to Schengen area
The police revealed the activity of a group of people that was organizing the illegal migration of the Moldovan citizens to the Schengen area, concluding false Romanian identity cards.
Serghei Ceban of 54 years old, from Chişinău, was caught by the police in an apartment from the centre of the capital, which he rented to realize his activity, sources from the Ministry of Internal Affairs have said. The suspect said to the police he was receiving orders, for more than half a year, from Evghenii Ciornîi of 23 years old, from Ialoveni. He received 90 euro for each forged document. Ultimately, the second suspect, Evghenii Ciornîi, who was formerly convicted for “forgery”, was receiving the false documents and was organizing the illegal migration of the Moldovans to Italy. He required between three thousand and 3500 euro from a citizen for this service. According to the expertise, the forged identity cards were of a superior quality. Currently, the police initiated penal proceedings on the name of those two.
