Over 70 of foreign citizens, among which Moldovans, were retained by the law authorities from Russia at a factory in renovation process, in a suburb of Moscow.

The illegal migrants were revealed during a control held at more controls and construction sites from Moscow, according to the Russian press. The migrants were illegally working on a site of the factory Sukonşcik. The company that has recently purchased the factory was realizing renovation works on its territory.

Those over 70 workers were from China, Moldova, Byelorussia, Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan and were activating with no labour permit or notification of emigrational registration, according to the law authorities. Most probably, the Moldovans illegally activating in Moscow will be extradited.

The authorities from Chişinău received no official notification on this case, Visas, Passports and Public Relations Direction within Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Head Mihai Căpăţînă has said, contacted by BASA-press. “We get acquainted with the identity of the Moldovans activating illegally on the territory of Russia only when the law authorities from Moscow initiate extradition processes on their names”, the quoted source said.  // BASA-Press
