Great Britain tightens the legislation in the field of visa demand
The applicants for visa of UK who use false IDs or make false declarations, or hide the necessary information will not be able to enter the British state territory for a period of up to ten years, DECA-press Agency transmits.
This item is contained in the British legislation which deals with visa demands. According to a press release of the British Embassy to Chisinau, the restriction period will be determined by the way this person left UK after having broken the law. In case the citizen left the United Kingdom at his own will from the account of public money, he will be punished with restrictions for a period of five years. The restrictions will be valid ten years in case of deported persons. To be able to check if the visa demander violated the legislation of the United Kingdom, visa applicants at the British Embassy to Chisinau will have to offer biometric data. The new British law has a retroactive impact and refers to those who have violated the legislation of migration so far and worked without a labour licence on the territory of UK.
