The police revealed a criminal group, which was occupied with the girls trafficking, forgery of official documents, sale of narcotics and false foreign currency.

According to sources in the Ministry of Interior, the group, which acted more than a year on Moldova’s territory, was sending girls to Cyprus for sexual exploitation.

According to the police, the group was headed by 38-year-old Efim Talambet. The group is well known in the criminal world, it has large sums of money, Mercedes cars, weapon, rubber clubs and police uniform.

Law and order bodies do not rule out that the group is under the protection of some policemen and other law and order institutions.

The head of the group and six members of his group were detained by the police. // Infotag
