US Northeast hit with snow again
The Northeastern United States was once again hit by snow adding to what many regions already consider record snowfall levels for the year.
The Washintgon, DC area was hit by about 5-10 centimeters of snow (see photos here). While the government stayed open, many schools in the area did close or open late.
The weather for the rest of the workweek in Washington should remain above freezing for the most part, but more snow is expected on February 5 and 6 (see details here).
