Released David Carradine death scene photo outrage the family

The David Carradine death photo is very graphic. It was published in the Thai Rath, which is the tabloid newspaper in Thailand.

The photo of Carradine, a 72-year-old actor, shows him hanging nude in a closet of his Bangkok hotel room. According to the Bangkok Post, the photo shows that Carradine's "hands apparently bound together above the head."

Reportedly, Thai police say the picture is probably a leaked forensics photo.

According to Mark Geragos, attorney for David’s brother Keith Carradine, “The family is outraged about the release of these photos.” Geragos says he will legally go after any publication that runs the photo in the United States.

There have been conflicting reports surrounding the nature of Carradine’s death. First, it was thought to be a suicide. Then, there has been speculation that the actor may have been murdered.

The forensics expert hired by David Carradine's family has concluded that the Kung Fu actor did not commit suicide, but said that more information was needed from Thai investigators before the cause of death could be determined, AP reports on June 11.

David Carradine, who was an American actor, is best known for his work in the 1970s television series Kung Fu and more recently in the Kill Bill films. On June 4, 2009, Carradine was found dead in his room at the Swissôtel Nai Lert Park Hotel on Wireless Road, near Sukhumvit, in central Bangkok, Thailand.
