Moldovan companies offer over 3 thousand vacancies for fellow citizens working in Germany
Moldovan companies together with the National Employment Agency (NEM) and the Center for International Migration in Germany (CIM) will conduct an informational campaign for Moldovan citizens who temporarily live or work in the country, but who want to come back home. The campaign will take place in Nurnberg on Saturday.
According to the NEM, Moldovans will get acquainted with labor market of Moldova and with possibilities of the reintegration into the labor market.
10 employers and 2 private employment agencies showed an interest in attracting staff with work experience obtained in Germany - Sudzucker Moldova, Ademar-mob, Moldcell, Alied Testing, BC Mobiasbanca-Groupe Societe Generale, Summa, свободная экономическая зона Бельц, STARnet, Efes Vitanta Moldova Brewery , Roedl and Partner, TopJobs, IDS Consulting.
It offers over 2 thousand vacations of machine operators, agronomists, economists, metalworkers, managers, engineers, programmers, doctors, accountants, project managers, consultants of different areas, qualified workers.
According to the employment agency, the informational campaign purpose is to establish and to keep connection with Moldovan citizens abroad, to communicate directly and to inform them about the market situation and its development directions. And also about the labor legislation and state institutions that promote policies and programs for developing the labor force market.
The campaign is supported by the European Union project on the consolidation of Moldova's capability to govern the labor market and to return back migrants within the Mobile Partnership with the EU - that is realized by the Swedish Employment Agency.
Among organizers is also the Moldovan Embassy in Germany, the General Consulate in Frankfort on the Main, the German national employment agency, the Leipzig Institute and Moldovan Diaspora.
There will also participate in the event the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization that will present the Pare 1+1 pilot program for attracting investments by means of mobilizing people and financial sources of migrants for the purpose to organize entrepreneurial activities in Moldova.
