Madonna insulted by a Kremlin official
Russian Vice Premier Dmitry Rogozin insulted the American singer Madonna on his Twitter page.
“Once getting older, every former ‘slut’ tends to teach moral lessons, especially during international concerts,” Mr. Rogozin said on his Twitter account.
The Russian official’s reaction came in the aftermath of Madonna’s concert in Moscow where the singer publicly asked to free the three members of Pussy Riot group. The girls are temporarily detained and might have to stay up to three years in prison after singing punk music against the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“Let the cross down, or at least put on a pair of underwear,” the Russian Vice Premier added, referring to Madonna.
