In Balti, he who doesn't speak the state language has problems with the employment

The fact that the citizens of Balti do not speak the Romanian language and lack working experience constitutes the main impediments in finding a job, DECA-press Agency communicates.
According to the adjunct-director of the Agency of Employment (AE), Raisa Prodan, persons with higher education diplomas usually have this kind of problem. For example, economic agents which want to hire accountants, in nearly 80% of the cases, they require from the person to have at least three years of working experience as well as to speak both Romanian and Russian language.
Except the specialty of accountant, the AE records usually records vacant places for engineers and experts in construction.
From the beginning of the current year, 451 unemployed persons were recorded at AE. 66 of them have higher education diplomas. // DECA-Press
