Government raises daily food cost norm in health institutions

The daily norm for purchasing medicines and consumables and feeding the patients in a number of public healthcare institutions and for rewarding the blood donors was raised by 9.3% on average.

Under a Government Decision, 20.3 lei will be allocated each day for feeding a person in children’s placement and rehabilitation centers. The food norm for the patients in phtiziopneumology rehabilitation centers for children will be 27.5 lei, while in the children’s recuperation center “Sergheevka” – 34.5 lei.

The norm for feeding the people that donate blood for payment will be 17.9 lei, while for those that donate blood without payment – 33.9 lei.

Also, the Government fixed new norms for paying blood donors. A sum of 234 to 467 lei will be paid for a liter of blood, while a liter of plasma will cost 467 to 932 lei // Reporter.MD
