Dormitory administrator sentenced to 13 years in jail over swindle

The superintendent of Dormitory No.2 of the National College of Plastic Arts "A. Plamadeala" was found guilty of cheating four persons and was sentenced to 13 years’ imprisonment and deprived of the right to hold important positions for a period of two years.

According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the prosecutors proved that in 2006, the administrator Capastru Viorel swindled 93,000 lei out of four persons, promising to legalize documents for privatizing rooms in the given dormitory.
