Cold kills 10 homeless in Belarus
At least 10 homeless people have frozen to death in the Belarusian capital since January 1, RFE/RL's Belarus Service reports.
Minsk Prosecutor's Office officials said one of the victims was a woman.
The cold snap has persisted for more than three weeks.
