CE Development Bank will provide 200,000 euros to Moldova for health project

The Council of Europe Development Bank will offer a grant worth 200,000 euros to Moldova for implementing a project designed to increase the survival chances, the living and development conditions for babies born prematurely with a weight of minimum 500 g.

The money will be used to purchase perfusion pumps and other specialized equipment needed in such cases.

The equipment will be offered to the Mother and Child Centers in Chisinau and Tiraspol, to 11 maternity hospitals in Balti, Soroca, Orhei, Causeni, Ciadir-Lunga, Edinet, and Comrat towns and to the Municipal Hospital No.1 in Chisinau.

The project will be managed by UNICEF Moldova in cooperation with the Government of Moldova // Reporter.MD
