In addition to natural treasures, which surround each visitor that dares to arrive here, these lands, according to some legends, are also rich in treasures of material resources. The most interesting legend is about the treasure of Scorilo, Decebal’s father. The shepherds say that somewhere in the center of Scorilo’s Rock there is a cave where was hidden the treasure.
But you can venture to seek for it only in a certain day, the day of summer solstice, on June 21. The exact place where is hidden the treasure is indicated by the sunlight, which sends the light over the peak called Nedeea’s Lip and falls on the middle of the wall at the sunrise, in other words it is at a distance of 40 m from the foot and 40 m from the pinnacle.
